Recent revelation appears to have exposed the Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, as a sheep of the old bloc, after all.
This is coming as a popular Nigerian Pastor, Frank Onwumere, in a letter, revealed that the LP Presidential candidate gave the Christian bodies about 2-billion-naira as bribe for them to endorsement him.
In the petition sent to the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, the pastor claimed the money did not reach him, but was cornered by some church leaders, who have been receiving the Labour Party candidate in their churches.
He noted that the money, which was meant to be shared among members of the Christian bodies to mobilize them for the labour party candidate, suddenly developed wings immediately it was disbursed Obi.
Pastor Onwumere also noted that his Church will not be mobilizing for the Labour Party candidate, since he did not get his own share of the money meant for that purpose.
However, some mega Churches like Dunamis International; Living Faith, popularly known as Winners Chapel, have been mobilizing for the Peter Obi Presidency.
This revelation also goes to say the LP Presidential candidate may not have told the truth with his saying that, “I no dey give shishi to anybody”.
