What if Americans later regret voting out Donald Trump just like Nigerians regretted voting out President Goodluck Jonathan in 2015? WHAT IF!
The matter shock you abi..lol😉
The 2020 United States presidential election was the 59th quadrennial presidential election, held on Tuesday, November 3.
The Democratic Party ticket of former vice president Joe Biden and incumbent U.S. senator from California Kamala Harris defeated the Republican Party ticket of incumbent president Donald Trump and vice president Mike Pence.
Trump became the first U.S. president since George H. W. Bush in 1992 and the eleventh incumbent president in the country’s history to lose a bid for a second term. Biden’s 51.3% was the largest percentage of the popular vote won by any challenger to an incumbent president since 1932.
The election saw the highest voter turnout since 1900, with each of the two main tickets receiving more than 74 million votes, surpassing Barack Obama’s record of 69.5 million votes from 2008.
Biden received more than 81 million votes, the most votes ever cast for a candidate in a U.S. presidential election. Hmmm🤔 from all indication, it’s obvious that the United States citizens are sick and tired of Trump. Lol
Alright now let’s rewind back to 2015 Nigeria presidential election.🤦
General elections were held in Nigeria on 28 and 29 March 2015, the fifth quadrennial election to be held since the end of military rule in 1999. The incumbent president, Goodluck Jonathan sought his second and final term.
Unfortunately for Jonathan, the opposition candidate Muhammadu Buhari won the presidential election by more than 2.5 million votes. Incumbent President Goodluck Jonathan conceded defeat on 31 March, before the results from all 36 states had been announced.
The election marked the first time an incumbent president had lost re-election in Nigeria. The President-elect was sworn-in on 29 May 2015, marking the first time since Nigeria gained independence in 1960 that a sitting government peacefully transferred power to an elected member of the opposition.
The incoming president Muhammadu Buhari in 2015 promised us Heaven on Earth, that he will do this and do that. We all believed and voted him in twice.
And TODAY in Nigeria..what’s up? Well, I’ll leave that to you all to judge.
WHAT IF! What If The New Elected US President Joe Biden, Is Another Version Of Muhammadu Buhari In Disguise?
Let’s hear from you all.
