REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY AND CCC YOUTH

Mr.  Adeniyi Opebiyi Barnabas, the General Manager, Silver Pacific Homes on Friday the 26th day of August charged the youths of Celestial Church of Christ during the 23rd Annual youth Conference at Oshoffa Citadel of Prayer, Abule-Oke, Ifo, Ogun State  on the opportunities that exist in the Real Estate Industry. 

He made known to the audience the real estate value chain which goes from the construction, primary sales, possession, interior designer, staying and re-sale. 

He identified the stakeholders respectively such as: Developer, Broker, Buyer, Interior Designer, Owner and Owner Reseller or Broker.  He urged the Youths to be determined in participating in the industry and enjoy the flow of cash with-in the value chain. 

Adeniyi admonished the youths to be focused in their choice of career and interests, most especially for those whose discipline can be engaged in the real estate value chain, he encouraged them to develop skills that can help them get involved effectively. Skills amongst which are: Digital Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, Building, Painting e.t.c .  

He told those who could be interested in the Sales aspect of the value chain that the usual commission in land sales is real and incentives are also real from development companies, as many development companies are on look out for sales partners. 

He also admonished the youths to always take positive advantage of technology as against it's abuse this present generation has demonstrated. He emphasized that through technology many prospective investors can be reached, engaged and brought on inspections to the particular investment of interest.   

Sup/Snr/Ldr. (Barr. Oluwaseyi Odufuwa the Chairman for the 23rd Youth Conference titled:  "Let there be light", implored the youth to save for investment and not to eat up their salaries. 

Mr. Adeniyi finally declares in encouraging the youths to embrace real estate investment that SILVER PACIFIC HOMES has a product for 450,000 with-in the Ibeju-Lekki axis of Lagos state and the organization also encourages installment payment up to 3-6 months.
