I was kidnapped some years ago (early 2018), and the bandits that kidnapped us used my phone to contact my people and arrange for the ransom. When they freed me, they gave me my phone.
Most kidnappers will now start using the phones of their victims to transact their businesses ,so how do you track criminals who use victims phone lines to transact their business by linking Citizens NIN to SIMs? How?
This clueless Buhari-led government keep bringing out useless policies that have no effect on reality.
Perhaps, they want how to keep record to track you, freeze your account at will and frustrate you once you speak against their cluelessness and incompetency.
