In case you don’t know, it’s like Lagos State is on an indefinite strike.
Ever since the #EndSARS protest end badly after Soldiers shot at peaceful protesters at the Lekki Toll Gate and the Government declared curfew, it’s like Lagos has been on hold.
👉 LASTMA are no longer available to control the Traffic.. Now, we are seriously battling with horrible traffic.
👉 Many Police stations are not opening or function at all.
👉 The Lekki Toll Gate has been opened for weeks without anyone collecting money from commuters.
👉 Most of the Traffic lights are no longer working and people are just driving anyhow on the road. Most are even using one-way 😢
👉 Most Bank ATM are no longer function since the horrible incident took place and many Lagosians are stranded.
Do We Still Have People (Government) Running Lagos?
It’s like there’s no more Government in Lagos again as everything are now been done just anyhow.
There is no doubt that Lagos State is one of the biggest revenue generator in Nigeria. But for the past one week now Lagos State has been so horrific with terrible traffic, dirty, smelling, call it anything…
A lot of people has been finding it difficult to carry out their daily activities successfully and so frustrated with this present situation.
The unpleasant condition Lagos State found herself was traced to the #EndSARS protests carried out by the youths weeks ago.
During the weekend I intentionally went to some areas in Lagos. I witness a crazy traffic I sat down in the bus for about 4 hours sweating, everywhere was dirty, smelling…
The most surprising part was the cult guys where boldly outside harmed in the traffic extorting people.
No security agents were sighted on the street of Lagos for the past few weeks to control the huge traffic and protect the lives and properties of the people.
Everyone is doing anything they want when they like… Currently our leaders has left us alone to do our thing.
