Lagos state lawmaker, Mojisola Alli-Macauley has successfully gotten herself in the middle of Twitter heat as Nigerians dig up photos from her birthday that had CA-COVID palliative as souvenirs.
This is coming following the bill on the regulation of social media in Nigeria, one in which the politician insinuated that social media users are always on drugs and as a result is the reason for irrational behaviors in cyberspace.
In her words, “They (Nigerian youths) are high on drugs all the time, most of them. They go to social media to do all sorts of things.”
It however did not take long for social media users to dig up photos from Mojisola Alli-Macauley’s birthday that she had CA-COVID palliative as souvenirs.
Lagos Lawmaker, Alli Macaulay has been dragged mercilessly on social media after her speech on social media regulation went viral.
According to popular blog, Gistlovers, the lawmaker had once beaten up her own father for reasons which was not disclosed.
The lawmaker has also been accused of going from one man to another, and according to Gistlovers, her last child belongs to former Amuwo Odofin local government.
It has also been alleged that the lady who spoke against social media, and the attraction of youths to social media, used Covid19 palliatives as souvenirs on her birthday.
