President Muhammadu Buhari has proposed the whopping sum of N128billion as budget for the year 2021.
Mr President made the disclosure during the presentation of the 2021 Appropriation Bill to a Joint session of the National Assembly.
He also disclosed that the 2021 appropriation is tagged the ‘Budget of Recovery and Resilience’.
He said:
“The 2021 appropriation has, therefore, been themed ‘The budget of economic recovery and resilience’.
“It is expected to accelerate the phase of our economic recovery, promote economic diversification , enhance competitiveness and ensure social inclusion.”
