Tiwa Savage Meets Commissioner Of Police Over Rape Issues In Nigeria

Sensational Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage has taken to her social media page to reveal that she and some other artists yesterday met with the Lagos state commissioner of police over issues relating to rape.

Tiwa Savage who is one of the Nigerian artists at the forefront of the campaign against rape encouraged victims to reach out to the Lagos state police command if they had any information of any sort of sexual abuse.

She also revealed that the identity of the police officer involved in the killing of Tina will be revealed soon.

Taking to her Instagram page to reveal details of the outcome of her meeting with Lagos police commissioner, Tiwa Savage wrote:

Had a meeting today at the office of the Commisioner of police with a few other artists. These numbers are available if you have or have any information on any type of sexual abuse.

We will also be providing information on the officer involved in the tragic death of Tina. So please follow @wearetired_ng as information will be shared on there as soon as we get it and I assure you we are following up with the case #WeAreTired
