Famed Nigerian dancehall singer Patrick Nnaemeka Okorie better known as Patoranking is one whose heart is acquainted with life in the ghetto.
The ‘Alubarika’ crooner has always mentioned his humble beginnings in most of his songs. However, the story surrounding his rise to the top runs deep.
In a bid to motivate his fans Patoranking has shared an unfamiliar story about his journey from grass to grace.
According to the Amari Musiq boss, he once worked at the popular fast food Chicken Republic in GRA Ikeja. He went on explain that the job at Chicken Republic was a life saver for his family.
Now he looks back and smiles at his humble beginnings.
