Minister of State for Labour, Festus Kayamu and the Senate Committee on Labour Tuesday clashed over FG’s planned recruitment of 1,000 Nigerians under Special Works per Local Government across the country.
The crux of the matter that generated tempers on the side of the Minister and the Committee members was on how the programme is being handled.
