Nigeria prolific spitter, Vector has taken to Twitter to blast the service provider on the ill-treating of Nigerians in this lockdown.
He was of the opinion that during the lockdown Nigerians should have access to efficient Internet, when when the networks see no need to relief the citizen by reducing data price.
